Important Cruise Information
Due to increased security requirements most cruise lines now require all passengers to pre-register on-line for their cruise. For your convenience, registration can be completed ahead of time on the cruise line's website. You'll need your reservation noted in the invoice sent once deposit is made, ship and sailing date, your personal information, as well as any contact information you wish to provide. Failure to pre-register may result in denied boarding.
MANDATORY BOARDING REQUIREMENTS:
Due to more stringent security measures all passengers are required to check in at the pier for their cruise no later than two (2) hours prior to your scheduled sailing departure time. This is to allow adequate time for check-in, security screening and luggage handling. Guests are strongly encouraged to complete the online advanced guest registration form at least seven days prior to sailing as this will assist in the check-in process.
Please note guests will not be allowed to board after check-in has been closed. Late arriving guests may join the ship at an approved port of call in the scheduled cruise itinerary. Travel to that subsequent port of call will be at the guests' expense.

OUR RECOMMENDATION
This Agency strongly recommends that all guests travel with a valid passport during their cruise. This greatly assists guests who may need to fly out of the United States to meet their ship at the next available port should they miss their scheduled embarkation in a U.S. port; guests entering the U.S. at the end of their cruise; and guests needing to fly to the U.S. before their cruise ends, because of medical, family, personal or business emergencies, missing a ship's departure from a port of call, involuntary disembarkation from a ship due to misconduct, or other reasons.
Guests who cruise after January 8, 2007, and need to fly to the United States before their cruise ends will likely experience significant delays and complications related to booking airline tickets and entering the United States if they do not have a valid U.S. passport with them.
All Non-U.S. citizens: Any non-US citizen who has previously been admitted to the United States for permanent residence must carry their passport and Alien Registration Receipt Card. All other non-U.S./non-Canadian citizens must have valid passports and any necessary visas. Such guests should verify carefully the existing identification requirements for their particular travel situation, as these requirements may change.
IMPORTANT: ALL guests should carefully verify the existing identification requirements for their particular travel situation DIRECTLY WITH THE CRUISE LINE OR THEIR LOCAL CONSULATES OR EMBASSIES, as these requirements may change. Guests arriving for embarkation without proper documentation may be denied boarding and will not be entitled to a refund. For additional passport information visit www.travel.state.gov.
